Ingredients
Method
- In a bowl, whisk together the mayo, mustard, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour in the bag of coleslaw and stir to coat/combine. Place in the refrigerator to chill while you make the brats.
- If using peppers and onions, cook in a skillet with oil or place on the grill before the brats, seasoning them with salt and pepper. Grill the brats on a grill or grill pan at about 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, turning regularly so they brown evenly. Alternatively, you can simmer them in a pan by pouring in one bottle of beer and nestling the brats together in the beer. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, then finish them on a hot grill or grill pan for about 5 minutes, turning regularly.
- You can serve these on a plate topped with peppers, onions, and sauerkraut or you can place them in a lightly toasted bun and top with your favorite toppings. Plate them with the coleslaw and other sides.
