Ingredients
Method
- Begin by making the burger patties. Preheat your grill to 350-400 degrees. Mix the ground beef, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to combine well. Form into 8 patties. Grill 3-5 minutes per side, to desired doneness.
- To assemble- place cooked patty on the bun, top with cream cheese and pepper jelly (amount of your liking), and bacon/jalapenos if desired. Serve with fries and/or salad.
For better grilling, make the center of the patty thinner when forming, so that it evens out while cooking.
Notes
Home made or farmer’s market pepper jelly is chef’s kiss, but there are some really great store brands too (like Tabasco Classic Pepper Jelly). We love finding different varieties, like blueberry or cherry pepper jelly to try out!
