- Begin by making the meatballs. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, salt and pepper, and garam masala to combine well. Scoop into small balls onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
