Ingredients
Method
- Begin by washing and cutting potatoes. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and roast until tender, about 25 minutes. (You could also air fry them).
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown ground beef, breaking apart. Season with Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning, and drain excess fat.
- For the sauce, in a small bowl, whisk mayo, ketchup, relish, vinegar, salt & pepper together until well combined.
- Assemble bowls- lettuce, ground beef, tomato, cheese, toppings of choice and a drizzle of sauce, with potatoes on side of bowl.
Notes
You can easily make this a version of your favorite burger using the toppings- mushrooms & Swiss instead of the sauce & cheddar, or crumbled bacon & Pepperjack, or crumbled bacon and blue cheese... the options are endless!
