Tzatziki

Tzatziki is one of the easiest homemade sauces you can make—just grate, squeeze, stir, and chill.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and water squeezed out
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 juice of half a lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped *optional*

Equipment

  • Grater

Method
 

  1. Grate ½ cucumber and squeeze out water. Add this to 1 cup Greek yogurt, along with the juice of ½ lemon, salt and pepper to taste, and optionally, 1-2 tbsp fresh dill. Combine well and chill.
  2. You can substitute dried dill.
