Ingredients
Method
- Begin by making meatballs. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, mix together ground meat, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, milk, and Parmesan. Combine well. Form into evenly sized meatballs and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs bake, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Drop in the spaghetti noodles and boil until tender, to package instructions. Once tender, drain the noodles and return them to the pot.
- To the pot of noodles, add the jar of spaghetti sauce, and all of the meatballs. Stir well or toss with tongs to combine. Top with extra Parmesan if you have it, and serve with salad and garlic bread.
I use a small cookie scoop to make the meatballs. Depending on how big you make them, this should yield approximately 30-35 small meatballs. They should be just under the size of a golf ball.
Notes
You can use ground chicken, ground pork, or ground beef for these meatballs, or a combination of ground meat that amounts to 2 lbs.
