- In a food processor, combine the cheese, pimento peppers, mayo, red pepper flakes, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined, then blend to desired consistency, stopping to scrape down the sides occasionally to make sure everything is mixing well.
- Empty this mixture into a large bowl. Add chopped rotisserie chicken and stir well to combine them. Serve on bread or with crackers.
- Plate it up with sides- a veggie tray with Ranch, chips, a big salad, or some broccoli.
