- Warm naan bread (in microwave or oven) and rotisserie chicken. Assemble flatbreads according to preference- Recommend starting by spreading hummus on bread, layering on meat and vegetables, and topping with feta and tzatziki. Serve with salad on the side.
Notes
To make your own tzatziki, grate ½ cucumber and squeeze out water. Add this to 1 cup Greek yogurt, along with juice ½ lemon, salt and pepper to taste, and optionally, 1-2 tbsp fresh dill. Combine well and chill.
