Method
- Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
- With skillet over medium heat, add in brown sugar, all spice, balsamic vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste and stir well.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Allow to simmer until liquid reduces by half.
- To serve, put a scoop of meat onto bun and top with cheese immediately.
Notes
Easy sides: air fryer French fries and bagged salad of choice. Easy to double batch to feed a bigger crowd or freeze half for a quick weeknight win down the road!
