Begin by browning the ground beef and cooking the bacon. You can cook the bacon on a sheet pan according to package instructions, or in a skillet. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and the Worcestershire.
While the beef and bacon cook, make the sauce. In a small bowl, combine the mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, and salt & pepper to taste. Whisk or stir until well combined.
To assemble, spread pizza crusts out on 2 pizza pans. All of the ingredients- beef, bacon, sauce, cheese, and toppings- will be split evenly between the 2 pizzas, half on each. Spread the sauce on the crust. Sprinkle on the Mozzarella cheese. Top this with the cooked ground beef and chopped bacon. Next, sprinkle on the cheddar cheese, or if using, slices of American cheese. Bake this according to instructions on pizza dough, until crust is cooked through and cheese is melty. Remove from oven and top with toppings of choice. Serve with salad or fries.
