  • Ingredients:
  • 2 count of pork tenderloin about 3-3.5 lbs total
  • 3 tbsp yellow or spicy brown mustard
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • Salt to taste at least 2 tsp
  • Sides of your choice see note in instructions

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to 400-425 degrees. While it heats, coat the tenderloins in mustard, rubbing it all over each side. Season each side with the garlic, lemon pepper, and salt.
  2. Grill for 15-20 minutes total, turning once halfway through. Grill to internal temperature of 140-145 degrees. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice crosswise into ½ – ¾ inch medallions. Serve with sides of your choice.

Notes

Recommended sides: roasted baby potatoes or macaroni & cheese, and a green vegetable (broccoli, green beans, or salad).
