- Preheat grill to 400-425 degrees. While it heats, coat the tenderloins in mustard, rubbing it all over each side. Season each side with the garlic, lemon pepper, and salt.
- Grill for 15-20 minutes total, turning once halfway through. Grill to internal temperature of 140-145 degrees. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice crosswise into ½ – ¾ inch medallions. Serve with sides of your choice.
