Ingredients
  

  • 2 store bought pizza dough or make your own (See Notes)
  • 2 cup BBQ sauce of choice divided
  • 16 oz smoked gouda cheese shredded and divided
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded and divided
  • 3-4 cups rotisserie chicken pulled and chopped (Optional sub: 2 lbs shrimp, sauteed and divided)

Method
 

  1. Roll out pizza dough according to instructions or recipe and preheat oven accordingly.
  2. Top with ½ of sauce (1 cup), then 4 oz Mozzarella.
  3.  Layer on your chicken (or shrimp).
  4. Top with 8 oz of smoked gouda. (Repeat this process for second pizza.)
  5. Bake according to pizza dough directions or recipe.

Notes

Slice and serve with salad and/or breadsticks.
