Ingredients
  

  • 8 soft hoagie rolls
  • 1 lb turkey lunchmeat
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked
  • 4 oz orange marmalade
  • 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1-2 tomatoes, sliced
  • spicy brown mustard, to taste
  • arugula, to taste

Method
 

  1. On the bottom section/bun of the hoagie roll, spread some mustard and a couple slices of tomato. On the top section, spread a little marmalade.
  2. On top of the tomatoes, pile some arugula, then a couple slices each of turkey and bacon, and top with slice or two of brie cheese. Put the top (marmalade spread) of the hoagie roll on, and press together. Serve with a salad and/or veggie tray, or some chips!
  3. You can easily change this up. One of my kids doesn't like brie cheese, so I leave that and the marmalade off of his sandwich, and sub in a slice of cheddar. Everything else stays the same, and he's happy with it!
